《红颜旧》，电视剧《琅琊榜》的插曲，由赵佳霖作曲、袁亮作词，原名《忍别离》，原唱者是崔子格，收录于其专辑《小美人》。内地演员，在《琅琊榜》中饰演霓凰郡主的刘涛亦演唱。该曲曲风优美婉转，悲壮忧伤，讲述了一段因精忠报国而不能长相厮守的凄美动人的爱情故事。
