项目位于长浦路东侧，距离清新区政府 2.5 公里，距离清城区政府 3.8 公里，南距清远市中医院 2.0 公里。西边有飞来湖湿地公园，北边有农贸综合市场。

The project is located on the east side of Changpu Road, 2.5 km from Qingxin District Government, 3.8 km from Qingcheng District Government, and 2.0 km from Qingyuan City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to the south. There is Feilai Lake Wetland Park in the west, and a farmer's market in the north.

在此次项目设计上，我们进行思考和设计所围绕的关键点在于，如何处理好时代中国产品基因下的米色典雅系与场地个性空间的关系。如何在有限的造价成本下规划园区空间，营造全龄全时活动场所。如何以时尚与艺术语境处理大面积又单调的消防登高场地。

In the design of this project, the key point of our thinking and design is how to deal with the relationship between the beige elegant department of the era of Chinese products and the space of the venue. How to plan the park space under the limited cost of construction to create a full-time and full-time activity venue. How to deal with large and monotonous fire ascending grounds in the context of fashion and art.

项目为时代中国景观米色典雅“1.0”产品系的诠释，以艺术图形与柔线空间相互衔接。

The project is an interpretation of the beige and elegant “1.0” product line of the Chinese landscape in the era, and connects each other with artistic graphics and flexible lines.

▼Blade space/叶片空间

项目景观融入了自然风光元素，将自然生态理念进行设计诠释。鸟瞰之下，一片片“叶子”随清风飘进社区，给小区带来一抹自然艺术气息。

The project landscape incorporates the elements of natural scenery, and interprets the concept of natural ecology. Under the bird's eye view, "leaves" flew into the community with the breeze, bringing a touch of natural art to the community.

▼Central swimming pool/中心泳池

规矩方正的度假花园式中心泳池，搭配3种不同类型的休憩空间和构成式叠级入水台阶，让住户享有酒店仪式感的度假体验。泳池周边以带状的绿化进行围合，保证了泳池区域相应的私密性。

The well-formed holiday garden-style central swimming pool, with 3 different types of relaxation spaces and cascading cascading water steps, allows residents to enjoy the hotel's ritual holiday experience. The perimeter of the swimming pool is enclosed by a band of greenery, which ensures the corresponding privacy of the swimming pool area.

▼Swimming pool entrance/泳池入口

泳池入口和水吧、淋雨室结合打造，利用错位片墙的组合形式形成很好的视线对景效果，同时迂回私密的入口空间形式让进入泳池区域更具尊贵私密感。

The swimming pool entrance is combined with the water bar and rain shower room, and the combination of dislocation walls is used to form a good line of sight. At the same time, the roundabout and private entrance space form makes the entrance to the swimming pool area more noble and private.

简洁干净的泳池空间，搭配热带棕榈和常绿地被，纯净清爽。

Simple and clean swimming pool space, with tropical palm and evergreen ground cover, pure and refreshing.

▼"Green Island" Rafting/漂流的“绿岛”

“叶片”元素运用到归家之间，处处可见漂流的“绿岛”，让每个空间更显灵动。

The "leaf" element is used between returning home, and there are "green islands" drifting everywhere, making each space more flexible.

闲适漫步于园区，以能享受充沛阳光的大草坪和平坦的步道取代昂贵的材料堆砌，并且与不同的社区活动进行串联。

Take a leisurely stroll in the park, replace the expensive materials with large lawns and flat walks that can enjoy the sunshine, and connect them with different community activities.

▼Blade Paradise/叶片乐园

儿童活动场地空间同样运用了叶片元素进行设计，登高场地与儿童活动场地穿插交错，将场地划分为多个不同板块，不同区域之间保留足够的安全距离，为孩子提供安全的初级探索性体验空间。

The space for children's activity venues is also designed with blade elements. The ascending venue is interspersed with the children's activity venue. The venue is divided into multiple different sections, and sufficient safety distances are reserved between different areas to provide children with a safe space for preliminary exploration experience .

▼Conclusion/结语

时代中国深耕二十余载，时代倾城虽是作为其旗下米色典雅系中探索产品中的基础之一，但却承载了对美好生活向往所付出的努力。

Time China has been cultivating for more than 20 years, although Time Allure is only one of the foundations of its beige elegant department to explore products, but it carries the effort for longing for a better life.
