/ 项目概况 /

PROJECT OVERVIEW

惠州中海·龙湖百贤府位于广东省惠州市金山湖片区，是惠城区未来人口集中居住的地区之一。项目开门见湖，坐拥金山湖一线滨湖资源，基于此，园林设计提出“湖语藏心·林隐之境”的设计理念，打造“自然感、酒店感、艺术化、度假化”的现代森居雅奢社区。

Huizhou Zhonghai Longhu Sage Mansion is located in Jinshanhu district, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. It is one of the areas where the population of Huicheng district will gather live in the future. The project face to the lake and has front-line lakeside resources of Jinshan Lake. Based on this, the garden design proposes the design concept of "The language of the lake hides the heart of the forest", and creates a modern luxurious community of "natural sense, hotel sense, art and vacation".

LANDSCAPE DESIGN

【超尺度城市界面的迎宾绿化带】

主入口作为小区的标志性建筑，台地式绿化形成建筑的基座，横向线性呼应建筑水平舒展的超尺寸界面，地被修剪整齐，空间充满庄重与仪式感。

As the landmark building of the community, the main entrance forms the base of the building with terrace green. The horizontal linear response to the super-size interface of the horizontal stretch of the building, the ground is manicured, and the space is full of solemn and ceremonial sense.

△以“湖光碧洵”的涌泉水景作为酒店式环岛落客区的中心，增强空间的仪式感与灵动感

△昭示性的金色LOGO标识，在微澜的水景映衬下，指引着人们归家的路途。

【“水镜画卷”的回廊水庭】

归家的第一幕是由回廊水庭形成的“水镜画卷”，在建筑挑檐与风雨连廊整合后形成的泛室内空间中打开天井，形成“四水归堂”的空间格局。

The first act of returning home is the "water mirror picture scroll" formed by the cloister and water courtyard. The patio is opened in the pan-indoor space formed by the integration of the eaves and the wind and rain corridor, forming the spatial pattern of "four rivers returning to the hall".

△廊内是一池波光粼粼的跌水水景，精致的艺术雕塑在水面上优雅舒展

△廊下潺潺的流水落入拙朴的砾石中，细腻的水声隔绝了闹市的喧嚣，浓厚的归家礼序感油然而生。

△植物柔软细腻的枝条结合灯光的温馨浪漫，营造出舒适惬意的归家氛围。

【“叠影浮翠”的下沉会客厅】

回廊后是包裹在乌桕林中的下沉会客厅，泡一杯咖啡，在廊下惬意的欣赏着清风与绿荫中摇曳跳动的“叠影浮翠”，看着乌桕叶随着时间慢慢变红，感受着时间的痕迹。

Behind the corridor is the sunken reception room wrapped in the tallow forest. Having a cup of coffee, you can enjoy the "overlapping shadow floating green" swaying in the breeze and shade under the corridor. You can watch the tallow leaves turn red with time and feel the traces of time.

【“翠影翩翩”的三角花园】

三角花园中的花镜是对自然生长植物的模拟，高低错落，品种丰富的植被围合出一个静谧的自然艺术空间，以细腻的触感消减建筑的边界感。

The flower in the triangle garden are the simulation of the natural growth of plants, high and low scattered, rich varieties of vegetation surrounded by a quiet natural art space, with delicate touch to reduce the sense of the boundary of the building.

△微风轻拂，缤纷花卉“翠影翩翩”起舞。

△外侧树木参差摇曳，内部疏影横斜，静谧舒适

【“水天一色”的无边际泳池】

通过建筑规划设计，无边际泳池在合适的高度上，与湖面无缝的联系在一起，自然与人工交融，倒上一杯酒，品味初升的朝阳与落日的余晖。

Through the architectural planning and design, the infinity pool is seamlessly connected with the lake at an appropriate height, blending nature and artificiality. Pour a glass of wine and enjoy the rising sun and setting sun.

△夜晚的灯光柔化了软景与硬景的边界，为场地营造出浪漫的氛围。
