《千千阙歌》是由林振强作词，马饲野康二作曲，陈慧娴演唱的粤语歌曲，收录于陈慧娴1989年1月1日由环球唱片发行的专辑《永远是你的朋友》中。1989年，该曲获得年度无线电视十大劲歌金曲奖、第十二届香港电台十大中文金曲奖。2007年，该曲获得RoadShow至尊音乐颁奖礼殿堂金曲奖。
《千千阙歌》歌曲的旋律其实是来自于日本歌手近藤真彦的歌千千阙歌曲《夕阳之歌》，当时大家认为，这首歌虽然没有过于激扬的旋律，却在平淡中透着忧伤，与此次陈慧娴离别的主题十分吻合。于是香港填词人林振强将这首歌重新进行了作词。
创作《千千阙歌》时，陈慧娴正暗恋一位男生，于是将自己的感情唱进了歌曲中。
