Who are we?
AnyHelper is an international team that connects the coolest locals with the world!
AnyHelper让最酷的年轻人们接触到世界各地的有趣TA们!
We created the first real-time Q&A system for expats in China (based on the WeChat platform), answering questions from daily needs to legal consulting and job hunting, from how to order takeout, how to shop on Taobao, to how to get a driver's license in China, renew visas or search a job, etc. We have helped over 500,000 people in past 6 years and successfully run seven volunteer projects.
我们搭建了中国首个为外国朋友解决生活难题的实时问答系统（基于微信公众号AnyHelper) 。外籍人士对生活、法律咨询、求职上有任何疑问均可向AnyHelper提问并获得最详细的解答，过往收到的问题包含了如何点外卖、淘宝网购、怎样在华申领驾照、更新签证、找工作等等。六年间我们的平台回答了超过50万外籍人士的咨询，也成功运营了七期志愿者项目。
AnyHelper's Real-time Q&A service was selected in 随申办 government mini program. In 2021，AnyHelper cooperated with one of the top robot companies and designed a bilingual humanoid robot that answers questions all about Shanghai for foreign visitors attending CIIE!
AnyHelper实时问答曾入选随申办外籍人士专栏。2021年的进博会上，AnyHelper与一家顶级机器人公司合作，推出首款双语仿人机器人，为参加进博会的外国人回答所有关于上海的问题！
Why this program?
We have active media platforms/communities to keep expats updated on important news/tips/events, etc.
我们拥有活跃的自媒体平台和外国人社群，传递新鲜资讯，提供社交平台。
During the epidemic, more expats are restricted by language or culture issues and needed the help of locals. You and I can connect the world, and let kindness break the boundaries of the epidemic. Helping can exchange perspectives to deeply explore the difficulties encountered by expats in China, and make our motherland more livable.
疫情期间，更多外籍人士受到语言文化等限制需要本地人的帮助。你我连接世界，让友善打破疫情的界限，通过帮助交换视角，深入发掘外籍人士在中国遇到的困难，并让我们祖国更加宜居。

Receive the "AnyHelper Volunteer Certificate." Students will also obtain an internship certificate. Join AnyHelper events for FREE and enjoy resources offered by our partners with your rewarded certificate!
获得AnyHelper志愿者证书（学生可开具实习证明）, 凭证可以免费参与AnyHelper组织的活动并享受合作伙伴提供的资源。
A certain amount of allowances will be provided.

Who we need？
Base: Shanghai/Shenzhen during the project.
项目期间在上海或深圳。
Passionate about helping expats in China.
对帮助在华外国友人怀有热情。
Have consistent availability to commit to the program, more than 9h/week.
有稳定的闲余时间（9h/week）可以参与志愿者项目。
Fluent in English, native-level Chinese is mandatory. Must have a thorough understanding of both local and international culture.
英文流利，中文母语水平。熟悉在华文化，喜爱跨文化交流。
