The highlight of the design is that the seemingly old fragmented epidermis is quietly combined with the new functions which are hidden behind the ages, showing the thinking of the urban context.

The total plane space is rich, and the designer successfully creates six different effects of the courtyard space. The facade is simple and elegant, full of the sense of the times, it is a good description of the temperament of high-end residential.

作为一个可持续的地标性生活体验馆，设计师巧妙的改造并利用了原项目双层环状空间，并充分考虑业主后期使用的多种可能性：儿童阅读室、私宴厅、酒吧、商务区、100人的多功能厅等等。从建筑角度而言，青砖与竹木格栅的结合，充分体现了传统文化与现代风格的结合，历史的厚重感被温暖的表皮相融合。如此优雅周到的可持续性售楼中心，值得被赞誉。

As a sustainable landmark living experience museum, the designer ingeniously remodeled and utilized the double-layered annular space of the original project. The designer fully considered many possibilities of the owner's later use: children's reading room, private banquet hall, bar, business district, multifunction hall for 100 people, etc. From the perspective of architecture, the combination of blue brick and bamboo grille fully embodies the combination of traditional culture and modern style. The sense of history is combined by the warm skin. Such an elegant and thoughtful sustainable sales center is worthy of praise.

设计师在项目区域位置极不理想的前提下，通过合理组织参观动线将项目前后广场景观串联起整个室内外空间，增加客户有趣的体验感。在四周林立的高楼、旧区中，设计师运用通透立面造型，表达出与当地市民的友好的态度，符合共享时代的开放特性，激发区域活力。

Under the premise that the location of the project area is extremely unsatisfactory, the designer organizes the tour line to connect the square landscape of the project to the whole indoor and outdoor space, which increases the interest of customer's experience. In the high-rise buildings and old districts surrounded by buildings, the designers use the transparent façade to express the friendly attitude with the local citizens, in line with the open characteristics of the sharing era, and stimulate regional vitality.

一个低成本示范区，虽简但奢。设计师用高度抽象的极简现代主义，借用杭州八景为元素，打造出富有想象的江南烟雨生活。在主流追求曲径通幽和庭院深深的“中国风”时，万科桂语东方却大胆创新，开门见山地将最美的庭院呈现给到访宾客。这种探索精神值得鼓励。

It is a low-cost demonstration area, the design concept is simple, but the architecture is also luxurious. According to the highly abstract minimalist modernism, the designer uses the eight elements of Hangzhou as an element to create an imaginative life in the south of the Yangtze River. In the mainstream pursuit of the winding path and the deep "Chinese style" of the courtyard, Laurel Oriental·Vanke is bold and innovative, and the most beautiful courtyard is presented to the guests. This spirit of exploration is worth encouraging.

与周边环境的充分融合，弱化场地，将示范区融入到公共空间，这种无界的做法给项目带来了潜在的客户。但，业主方和设计师并不满足于此，结合杭州前湾的特征，将海洋文化与滨海主题充分结合，内部设置有冲浪设施、科普教育的儿童活动空间等，不仅激活周边区域，未来也将成为城市公园的形象。这是一种将商业与企业使命感融合的深度思考。

The designer fully combined the architecture with the surrounding environment, weakened the venue, and integrated the demonstration area into the public space. The unbounded approach brings potential customers to the project. However, the developer and designers are not satisfied with this, they combined the characteristics of Hangzhou Qianwan, fully integrated the marine culture and the coastal theme. The interior is equipped with surfing facilities and children's activity space for popular science education, which not only activates the surrounding area, but also will become the image of a city park in the future. It is a deep reflection that combines business and corporate mission.

景观设计以项目所在地阳澄湖湖滨半岛为切入点，围绕水面做文章，充分利用当地再生材料，将自然景色与人工环境巧妙地结合在一起，并与整个湖区生态系统有机结合，打造了多姿多样的休憩空间、康养空间、田园空间和野趣空间。多层次的绿化营造出四季不同的丰富精致，为滨湖空间增色添彩，提升了滨湖地区的整体品质。

The landscape design is based on the lakeside Peninsula of Yangcheng Lake where the project is located. It makes a fuss around the water surface, makes full use of local recycled materials, and combines the natural scenery with the artificial environment, the project is also combined with the whole lake ecosystem to create a variety of diverse Rest space, health space, garden space and wild space. The multi-level greening creates a rich and exquisite variety of seasons, increasing the interest of the lakeside space and enhancing the overall quality of the lakeside area.

该项目是一个教育综合体项目，本着绿化保护最大化的原则，通过分析人群的特征——从婴幼儿到青少年为主体，以及学习型家长和职场提升年轻人，设计表现了温暖的、明艳的、鲜活的风景特征。景观软硬景的配置、材料色彩和质感的对比鲜明，结合儿童乐园的设置，为城市打造了一个颇具特色的公园，实现了景观空间的重构。

The project is an educational complex project. Based on the principle of maximizing green protection, the design is warm and bright which also expresses fresh and lively landscape features by analyzing the characteristics of the population – from infants and young children to the main body, as well as learning parents and the young people in the workplace. The designer created a unique park for the city and realized the reconstruction of the landscape space by combining the configuration of the landscape soft and hard scene, the contrast of material color and texture, and the setting of the children's playground.

设计师大跨度圆弧穹顶设计，营造出现代建筑的艺术美感。整个项目轮廓线条自然平滑，简洁又不失品质感，设计感十足，模糊了建筑、景观以及室内的边界，设计风格具有前瞻性。

The designer's large-span arc dome design creates the artistic beauty of modern architecture. The contours of the whole project are naturally smooth, simple and without losing the sense of quality. It is full of design which blurs the boundaries of architecture, landscape and interior, and the design style is forward-looking.

景观设计充分挖掘了酒文化特色，从酿酒工艺的特点入手，在山体上勾画出了一个个“流淌的步道”。设计采用耐候钢红绣色作为基调，锈石材料、石板、玻璃与草坪的组合，步道富有张力的闪电造型，表现出酒带给人们的刺激、豪爽与奔放，与山顶上线条张扬、富有动感、层次丰富的建筑一气呵成。设计通过对被破坏的坡地进行修复利用、对雨水进行收集、对道路铺装用碎石透水、对本地植物的再利用，打造了一个低成本、低维护的新型酒庄景观。

The landscape design fully taps the characteristics of the wine culture, starting from the characteristics of the winemaking process, and sketching out a “flowing trail” on the mountain. The designer uses weather-resistant steel red embroidered color as the keynote, and shows the stimulation, boldness and passion of the wine through the combination of rust stone material, slate, glass and lawn, and the tensioned lighting shape of the trail. It forms a coherent whole with the dynamic, rich-level architecture on the mountain top. The design creates a new low-cost, low-maintenance winery landscape by repairing and utilizing damaged slopes, collecting rainwater, permeable water for road paving, and reusing local plants.

The architect fully understands the humanities and historical connotations of courtyard dwellings in Beijing. The interior and exterior of the architecture are organically integrated into one by using natural wood, stone and transparent glass features. The design technique is simple and forms a perfect interpretation of history and modernity.

The designer fully understands the historical evolution of the building through the internal and external transformation of the old factory building. Through the details of the decorative materials, it enriches the level sense of the interior space of the office, and reflects the historical and cultural sense of the Shanghai-style architecture. The interior design in different spaces has created a rich and diverse office, living and leisure experience. It is currently the trend-setting work in the office interior design.

建筑师巧妙地改造狭窄旧房子创造了一系列怡人空间，并利用窗户的设计与一墙之隔的百年龙山寺既产生链接又相对独立，通过灰色清水混泥土外立面与寺院红砖的对比，形成现代与传统的反差。这是一个有创意的城市更新项目。

The architect's ingenious transformation of the narrow old house created a series of pleasant spaces, and there is the connection between the use of the design of the window and the one hundred-year-long Longshan Temple, however, they were also relatively independent. The project forms the contrast between modernity and tradition through the comparison of the gray clear water concrete façade and the temple red brick. It is a creative urban renewal project.
