「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」“源于中国，面向世界”，由地建师DJSER发起于2014年。组委会秉承“建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益”的评价标准，迄今已发展到第8届，累计共邀请到23个国家和地区的业主单位和全球知名设计机构参与，参与评选作品7,548份。

CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits. After 8-year development, CREDAWARD has attracted world-renowned design firms and developers from 23 countries and regions with 7,548 outstanding projects to participate in the award.

作为中国地区富有盛名的国际性设计奖项，因其严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被行业誉为“最具有挑战性的大奖”之一。

As a prestigious international design award in China, CREDAWARD has developed into an influential international award in China because of the authoritative judges, strict judging process. It is also praised by the industry as one of the most challenging awards. 

第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」更是得到国际知名学府的支持：加泰罗尼亚理工大学（西班牙）、米兰理工大学（意大利）、曼彻斯特建筑学院（英国）。

This year, the award has invited Universidad de Politécnica de Catuluña, Politecnico di Milano, Manchester School of Architecture as the Academic Support.

第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」收到394家机构申报的1353份作品。参赛公司及作品分别来自：中国、中国香港、中国台湾、日本、美国、英国、澳大利亚、泰国、新加坡、德国、法国、荷兰、西班牙、马来西亚、老挝、捷克共和国等15个国家和地区。

The 8TH CREDAWARD has received 1,353 works from 394 companies. Participating companies and works are from 15 countries and regions including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, America, Britain, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Laos, the Czech Republic, etc.

The process of globalization, urbanization, environmental change, population growth and rapid technological development has resulted in an increasingly complex, interacting and interconnected world.

As society evolves, cities are facing enormous challenges such as how to deal with dilapidated, outdated buildings and how to grow in an orderly manner.
