2022, as everyone was waiting for the warm Spring. However, it came the great challenge in the industry. Many companies are seeking to survive, but still most are ready to face the challenges. As a pillar industry of the global economy, we are now facing both challenges and opportunities, and who can seize the opportunities will be able to break through the barriers and stand out.

其中亚太、北美、欧盟建筑业发展较好

Asia-Pacific, North America, and the European Union has a good momentum of development

根据世界经济论坛的数据，建筑业在全球拥有超过1亿从业者，作为世界上最大的行业之一，建筑业约占全球GDP的6%。建筑业不仅对全球经济产生直接影响，而且与其他行业也具有重要的联系。

Global Industry Inventory

According to the World Economic Forum, the construction industry has more than 100 million practitioners worldwide. As one of the largest industries in the world, it accounts for about 6% of global GDP. The construction industry not only has a direct impact on the global economy, but also has important links with other industries.

据地建师统计，CREDAWARD历年吸引26个国家及地区的企业与项目参与交流，共同助力行业复苏。包含：中国、中国台湾、中国香港、阿联酋、澳大利亚、丹麦、德国、法国、哈萨克斯坦、韩国、荷兰、加拿大、捷克共和国、老挝、马来西亚、美国、墨西哥、日本、瑞典、塞尔维亚、泰国、西班牙、新加坡、意大利、英国、越南等。

《Building Design》发布了2023年最新的世界建筑设计公司100强名单（WA100），榜单中30家公司曾多次参与CREDAWARD大奖，TOP6中仅1家公司未参与。

According to the latest list of the world's top 100 architectural design companies (WA100) released by Building Design in 2023, 30 companies on the list have participated in CREDAWARD for many times, including 5 of the TOP6.

The following is a summary and analysis of the application situation of 9th CREDAWARD, as well as a comparison with previous data, and finally summed up the trend of the design industry.

由数据图可见即使面临如此大的挑战，第9届CREDAWARD申报公司数和项目数不减反增。依然有诸多优秀企业没有“躺平”，力图寻求新的机遇。

As one of the important components of the economy, the growth of construction industry has been slow down after the epidemic. The 8th overseas company application situation went back to 2020. But even face such a big challenge, the 9th CREDAWARD still attracted excellent companies and reached a increase of 34.4%.

9届大奖以来，34.1%的企业连续3年参与；21.9%的企业连续4年参与；首次参赛的海外及港澳台公司数占比达36.3%，同比第八届大奖增长22.5%。感谢大家的支持，共同助力行业发展。

Regular companies continue to participate. By 2022, 34.1% of companies have participated in CREDAWARD for three consecutive years, and 21.9% have continued to launch excellent works for four consecutive years.

第九届首次参赛客户类型分析

Analysis of New Client Types

由数据图可见，CREDAWARD作为国际综合性大奖，建筑依然是半壁江山。但随着全球应对气候环境等问题，海外景观设计公司数占比明显提高。

Emerging forces are also joining in. Compared with the 8th award, new companies in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, China and other countries and regions which participates in the 9th CREDAWARD have accounted for 34.1%, a year-on-year increase of 22.5%. As an International Comprehensive Design Award, architecture is still the main theme. With the global response to climate and environmental issues, the proportion of overseas landscape design has increased.

由图可见，第九届大奖公司数增长集中在中国香港、美国。据报道，2022年前10个月，中美累积贸易规模达到6,398.30亿美元，同比增长5.1%。同年，正值中国香港回归25周年，经济发展受到了政府的大力支持。

Regional Growth Significant

The growth concentrated in Hong Kong, China, and the United States. In the first 10 months of 2022, cumulative trade between China and the US reportedly reached US$639.830 billion, up 5.1% year-on-year. 2022, it’s the 25th anniversary of the handover of Hong Kong, China, and the implementation of a new government committed to economic development.

第9届CREDAWARD海外项目占比相较去年同期占比增长57.4%。项目地区集中于亚太、美洲及欧洲地区。

Overseas projects continue to increase.

The percentage of overseas projects in the 9th CREDAWARD has increased by 57.4% compared to the same period last year. Projects were concentrated in Asia Pacific, America and Europe.

未来项目占比第二

为了应对眼前的挑战，大部分企业不再选择只守着一块蛋糕。由数据分布图可见，未来项目数高居第二，景观设计、室内设计占比相比去年都所有增长。但受到疫情影响，在建项目工期进度暂缓，未来项目或成为常态。

Design Transformation, Built Projects Reduced

In order to cope with the immediate challenges, most companies no longer choose to stick to only one piece of cake, the rank of future projects and landscape design and interior design. However, due to the impact of the epidemic, the progress of projects under construction has been postponed, and future projects may become the norm.

大体量公建项目依然是最擅长的领域，除此以外，第9届CREDAWARD申报产业、文化、城市设计等比例升高，宏观来看，海外住宅市场前景相对乐观。相较第8届，第9届新增医养、展示类项目。

Diversification of Project Categories

Large-scale public projects are still the areas of expertise. In addition, the 9th CREDAWARD companies have increased the proportion of applications for industry, culture, and urban design. Compared with the 8th award, healthcare and exhibition projects start to participate. After the epidemic, the overseas housing market is relatively potential.

海外&港资企业市场依然以在国内一线城市为主，2022年广东省、湖北省建筑业总产值均破两万亿元，山东省、河北省建筑业总产值同步增长超过7%。

第9届位于广东省的参赛项目相较去年，超越江浙沪地区，跃至第一位。湖北，山东、河北省项目增长明显。

Industry Market Development Prospect

The projects are still mainly in first-tier cities. In 2022, the total output value of the construction industry in Guangdong Province and Hubei Province will both exceed 2 trillion yuan, and the total output value of the construction industry in Shandong Province and Hebei Province will increase by more than 7% simultaneously.

Compared with 8th award, the 9th project located in Guangdong Province has surpassed the Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and jumped to the first place. Hubei and Shandong provinces have grown significantly.

绿色建筑

全球绿色低碳转型的方向，是保护地球家园需要采取的最低限度行动。据不完整统计，仅第九届申报项目中超过30%项目获得绿色认证。从全世界范围来看，绿色建筑已经成为建筑行业发展的必然趋势。

Green Building, Development Trend

The development of the global green and low-carbon transformation is the minimum action to protect the earth. According to incomplete statistics, more than 30% of the participating projects have obtained green building certification. From a global perspective, green building have become an inevitable trend in the development of the construction industry.

全世界发布绿色建筑标准的主要国家

同时通过《转型与机遇》通调研分析，外资设计机构未来将积极拓展绿色低碳领域。

Through DJSER’s analysis, overseas companies will actively expand green and low-carbon fields in the future and have higher attention, leading research concept and strong implementation of landing projects.
