2023年6月2日下午，华俊力涉外律师团队段旭鹏律师主讲的“~新业态用工制度~”在知恒律师事务所大会议室顺利举行。

段旭鹏律师分享了对下列问题的研究：

4.如何合法实现“新业态”用工？

本次讲座数十名律师到场参加，并通过知恒律师事务所账号全程进行线上直播，全国各地知恒律师事务所的律师均可扫码观看。

活动中段旭鹏律师列举了“旧业态”菜市场和“新业态”盒马鲜生进行用工情况的对比，并讲解了“新业态用工”和“灵活用工”的关系。

活动持续两个多小时，段旭鹏律师不断与在场观众进行互动，现场观众情绪高涨，积极参与回答。通过段律师的分享，使观众明晰了网约车、外卖平台、网络直播等“新业态”用工的相关问题。观众表示非常有幸学习到劳动用工的最新法律知识，希望段律师今后可以经常分享。
