Recent data from the Keqiao District Construction Bureau revealed the 2022 fiscal year statistics for the Zhejiang Provincial Department for Housing and Urban/Rural Development, awarding Keqiao the title of “Excellent County (City, District)” according to its achievements in construction, industrialization, and infrastructure advancement. Continuously taking the title and the first-place position province-wide five years running, the district has unceasingly pursued excellence and innovation, receiving over 35 million yuan in subsidies toward industrialization of new construction projects and initiatives.
近日，记者从柯桥区建设局获悉，浙江省住房和城乡建设厅公布2022年度建筑工业化工作考核结果，柯桥区荣膺优秀县（市、区）称号。我区已连续5年蝉联“浙江省建筑工业化优秀县（市、区）”，位列全市第一，并争取到新型建筑工业化以奖代补资金累计超过3500余万元。

With the development of low-carbon buildings such as prefabricated domiciles and green construction processes and materials rising as key features in green development district-wide, recent years have seen Keqiao place even greater importance on their introduction and implementation while utilizing a myriad of advantages in prefabricated construction as catalysts for the expedition and advancement of building industry innovations throughout Keqiao - with Keqiao characteristics.
在杨汛桥街道竹园童村，有一片双联排别墅区，红色、青灰色的屋顶格外引人注目。这是柯桥区首个农村住房连片改建实施装配式建造的试点项目，不仅节能环保，在抗震、防台、防火、防虫蚁等方面也很有优势。推进绿色建筑、装配式建筑等低碳建筑发展，是贯彻落实生态文明建设的重要举措，也是树立绿色发展理念的重要体现。近年来，我区以大力推广绿色建筑和装配式建筑为载体，加快打造具有柯桥特色的建筑产业集群。By actively strengthening the area’s industrial economy, especially that of groups and chains of interrelated industries with common trajectories, industrialized construction enterprises with clear core competitive advantages will grow larger and stronger in time, creating a group of integrated research and development entities and bodies of knowledge to benefit one and all in and outside their ranks, creating a full industry chain enterprise group integrating design, manufacturing, sales, and construction. According to the District Construction Bureau’s relevant person in charge, Keqiao has to date cultivated 5 national-level prefabricated bases, 12 provincial-level construction industry demonstration zones, at a combined annual capacity of over 920,000 cubic meters in PC components and 610,000 tons of steel structural elements, with an industrial output value exceeding 90 billion yuan.
“我们积极壮大产业经济，尤其是重点扶持一批产业关联度高、带动力强、核心竞争优势明显的工业化建筑企业做大做强，造就一批集住宅研发、设计、制造、销售、施工于一体的全产业链企业集团。”区建设局相关负责人介绍，截至目前，我区已培育国家级装配式基地5家、省级建筑工业示范基地（企业）12家，年设计产能PC构件超过92万立方米、钢构件61万吨，工业化产值突破900亿元。同时，我区全力优化人才培养，搭建产学研协同平台，打造装配式实训基地，鼓励全区特级企业创办自有建筑类职业培训学校，依托高等职业院校开展建筑装配式产业工人专项培训。在此基础上，强化政策保障，设立区级装配式建筑专项奖补资金，对符合条件的装配式建筑产业基地和企业予以奖励，如获评国家级装配式建筑产业基地的给予50万元奖励，获评省级建筑工业化产业基地的给予20万元奖励。
