28 major investment projects at once!｜28个重大招商项目集中签约

The most recent signing ceremony of 2023 second batch of major investment projects in Keqiao saw Shaoxing Wyndham Hotel host the finalizing of a collective 28 projects, to the tune of nearly 60 billion yuan in investment.

近日，2023年柯桥区第二批重大招商项目集中签约仪式在绍兴富悦温德姆酒店举行。现场，28个项目集中签约，计划总投资近600亿元。

Included were 2 projects with a total investment of over 10 billion yuan, 1 with a total of 5 billion, 12 in the 1-5 billion range, and 2 foreign-backed endeavors at over 100 million US dollars, throughout a myriad of fields from pan semiconductors to new energy and new materials, to health and wellness, strategic emerging industry, modern service, and chain-based headquarters platforms, including major foreign investment projects, large-scale investments, high-technology-focused content, and fertile development prospects.

此次集中签约的28个项目，包括百亿元以上项目2个，50亿元项目1个，50亿元以下、10亿元以上项目12个，1亿美元以上重大外资项目2个，涉及泛半导体、新能源、新材料、生命健康等多个领域，既有战略性新兴产业项目、又有现代服务业项目，既有链主型总部平台项目、又有重大外资产业项目，投资规模大、科技含量高、发展前景好。

Among them, semiconductor equipment manufacturing, international digital industry intelligent business parks, and more will cultivate the pan semiconductor industry with third-generation silicon carbide semiconductor materials as the Keqiao “core,” from which will spread an entire pan semiconductor comprehensive industry chain, from core material preparation and equipment manufacturing, to design, packaging, testing, and more. Carbon fiber and composite equipment intelligent manufacturing investment from Jinggong Science and Technology will employ professional technology and equipment manufacturing capacity of the first set of large-tow, thousand-ton carbon fiber production in China, on which a consecutively-expanding research, development, and manufacturing base for high-performance carbon fiber will emerge, growing to an annual output of 20 sets or more, further leading local enterprises in their quest to become stronger, larger, and better equipped to handle the challenges of technology and industry nationwide and around the world for years and decades to come. The final signing of major headquarters projects with Jiawo Group, Jianshui Road TOD Future Community and more, alongside major industry city integration projects will further serve to highlight the exponentially-increasing advantages of Keqiao’s further integration with Hangzhou, while providing ever-strengthening support for continuously improving the district’s overall comprehensive level in its pursuit of the title of “International Textile Star Linking Hangzhou & Shaoxing.” The Langxu Photovoltaic Micro Inverter Manufacturing Project, meanwhile, backed by noted Keqiao powerhouses, will focus on building a research and development base for photovoltaic thin film perovskite batteries, will not only serve as a vital industry and economic development project, but another integral achievement in the city’s “Return to Shaoxing” initiative, welcoming top-level local talent originally scattered worldwide back to their hometown - a Shaoxing, and a Keqiao, that has grown beyond their wildest dreams.

其中，半导体装备制造、国际数字产业智造园等项目，将为柯桥区精准培育以第三代半导体材料碳化硅为核心的泛半导体产业，形成从半导体核心材料制备、半导体核心装备制造到设计、封装、测试等泛半导体全产业链体系。精工科技投资的碳纤维及复材装备智能制造项目，将依托国内唯一大丝束千吨级碳纤维首台套专业技术和装备制造能力，建设年产20台套高性能碳纤维成套装备研发制造基地，进一步引领带动本土企业做强做大、长高长壮。佳沃集团总部、鉴水路TOD未来社区等重大总部平台项目和重大产城融合项目的签约落户，将进一步凸显柯桥融杭优势，为持续提升城市综合能级，打造“国际纺都、杭绍星城”提供有力支撑。由柯桥乡贤投资的朗旭光伏微型逆变器制造项目，将专注于下一代光伏系统升级，着力建设光伏薄膜钙钛矿电池研发和生产基地，是柯桥不断深化“老绍兴回归工程”结下的又一重要硕果。
