Keqiao: In the top ten again!｜柯桥，全省十佳外贸强县（市、区）！

Recent local economy promotion and upgrading initiatives saw the hosting of the “No. 1 Open Project” conference, with Keqiao being awarded the title of “Top Ten Strong Foreign Trade County (City, District) in Zhejiang Province” - as once again, the fragrance of the “sweet potatoes” of its continuously burgeoning economy continue to waft to lands near and far.

前方传来喜讯：日前，在全省“地瓜经济”提能升级“一号开放工程”大会上，柯桥区喜获“浙江省十佳外贸强县（市、区）”称号，柯桥“地瓜”飘香致远。

Long holding its position as a leading foreign trade zone, recent years have seen Keqiao rebound resiliently against formidable odds in increasingly complex foreign trade, continuing to lead both the city and the province along the way. Last year alone, district foreign trade import and export reached a combined 133.891 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23%, with growth rates at 12.5 and 9 percentage points above both provincial and national levels, ranking first city-wide, and accounting for 5.59% of total related national revenue - while from January to April this year alone, the region reached exports of 44.777 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.4%.　

柯桥历来是外贸强区。近年来，在外贸承压的背后，柯桥区外贸表现出了强大的韧性和活力，外贸发展持续走在全省、全市前列。去年，柯桥区实现外贸进出口1361.19亿元，同比增长22.4%。其中出口1338.91亿元，同比增长23.0%，增速分别高于全国、全省12.5、9.0个百分点，总量全市第一，占全国份额5.59‰。今年1-4月，全区实现出口447.77亿元，同比增长23.4%。

Traveling overseas to capitalize on emerging orders is a top priority for many foreign trade enterprises this year, and a popular choice among businesses throughout the district, while enterprises region-wide have responded to provincial calls to action in “expanding the market and receiving emerging orders worldwide” by traveling far and wide to international exhibitions throughout 2023, expanding the roadmap of “Silk Road Keqiao, Covering the World” according to uniquely Keqiao local conditions. Through continuous development and expansion in overseas exhibition participation, business negotiations, associations and collective creation, and a myriad of related subsidized projects, to date, more than 600 Keqiao enterprises have organized groups to travel to and participate in 18 domestic and international exhibitions, including the New York International Fashion Fabric Exhibition, Paris Fabric Exhibition, and more.

“出海抢单”是今年不少外贸人的“头等大事”，也是柯桥众多企业的共同选择。今年以来，柯桥区积极响应全省“千团万企拓市场抢订单”行动，因地制宜制定2023年度境内外重点展会目录和“丝路柯桥·布满全球”方案，抢先出台今年重点参展目录，同时扩大参展补助力度，新增人员出境参展及商务洽谈、商协会抱团参展等补助项目。截至目前，共有600余家次柯桥企业组团参加美国纽约国际服装面料展、法国巴黎面料展等境内外展会18场次。

Upholding and expanding its policy of “precise irrigation from timely rains,” Keqiao Bureau of Commerce has continuously watered its fertile “fields” throughout a range of beneficial policies, precise services, and unending efforts to assist enterprises throughout all areas of market expansion and order acquisition, distributing a variety of policy-related funds to the tune of 50 million yuan in the first half of this year alone.

一场场政策“及时雨”精准灌溉“企业田”。今年，柯桥区商务局出台多项政策，推出精准服务，全力助企拓市抢单。今年以来，该局已兑现各类政策资金超5000万元。

Since the beginning of the year, the entire region has accelerated its construction of a light textile digital logistics port, the thousand-ton Cao’e River Freight Terminal, and its highway-railway-waterway integrated logistics hub in the Qianqing Railway Freight Station. Focusing on its efforts in ever-expanding and improving logistics frameworks, the Keqiao section of the China-Europe Express and more, the region has unceasingly improved the shipping network of its river and sea ports, while constructing and upgrading its railway junction and customs office and increasing its number of sea-rail combined transport departures, to date successfully running 24 trips and delivering 238 containers to their destinations far and wide, further implementing and exemplifying the district’s unparalleled efforts in ensuring the construction and creation of new logistics channels that will serve the area and nation for all time to come.

配套建设畅通物流新通道。今年以来，全区加快推进轻纺数字物流港、千吨级曹娥江货运码头和钱清铁路货运站区块公铁水综合枢纽建设，围绕物流枢纽、中欧班列“柯桥号”等方面，健全通江达海港口航运网，以柯桥铁路口岸建设及海关办事处能级提升为驱动，加密海铁联运班次。截至目前，中欧班列“柯桥号”已开行24班次、运送集装箱238个。
