Ta'er Monastery
Ta'er Temple is called "Gongben" in Tibetan, which means 100000 Buddha statues. Since Zongluba was born here, it has become a holy place in the hearts of Tibetan Buddhists. About 100000 people visit here every year. The architecture of the temple has a long history of more than 400 years.

Kanbula National Park
Kanbula National Park is located at the intersection of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Loess Plateau. The park covers the "Danxia" peak forest landscape, the Cenozoic sedimentary environment and sedimentary structure type, and the geological and ecological environment evolution traces since 38 million years.

Longwu Monastery
Longwu Monastery is a splendid palace integrating architecture, sculpture and painting art, where Regong art originated. It is also an important part of Tongren's famous historical and cultural city.

Xining Arrival
On arrival in Xining airport, you will be meet by your guide and driver, and then you will be transfered to the hotel. Your guide will assist you with hotel check in.
In the afternoon, drive to visit Ta'er Monastery, which is the activity center of Tibetan Buddhism in northwest China and enjoys a high reputation in China and Southeast Asia. The central government of all dynasties has highly respected the religious status of Ta'er Temple.

Hike Near LAJI SHAN Mountain
After breakfast, drive to visit the La Ji Shan Mountain (single cable car incl., hike around 1.5 hours), which is called "Gongmula" in Tibetan, meaning the place where Gala chicken (stone chicken) lives. The highest peak on the mountain is 4524 meters above sea level. Laji Mountain is the boundary between Huangzhong and Guide, and also the boundary between the Loess Plateau and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
Hike to a tall mountain past red rock formations for a great view of the valley. After hiking, drive to Guide, a Tibetan town on the Yellow River, then check into hotel.

Kanbula National Park
After enjoying your breakfast, drive to the Kanbula National Park (eco-bus incl.). It is composed of Danxia landform, forest vegetation, religious culture, power station dam, canyon reservoir area and Tibetan customs, integrating natural landscape and cultural landscape.Go see Namzong Nunnery inside the park. Do short day hikes to viewpoints and pagodas and see a small Tibetan farmer village.

Longwu Monastery
After Brealfast, drive to Longwu Monastery. It is built on the mountain, and has a well-arranged layout and magnificent decoration. Take a short hike to experience Tibetan Buddhism culture.
Then, we are going to try to make a Tang-ga painting. Tang-ga is a unique painting art form in Tibetan culture. It has distinctive national characteristics, strong religious color and unique artistic style, and depicts the holy Buddha's world with bright colors.

西宁徒步之旅

抵达西宁
景点：塔尔寺
今天的航班将在西宁降落，导游和司机将在机场接机，抵达后乘车前往酒店办理入，进行休息。
下午，我们将乘车前往塔尔寺。塔尔寺是中国西北地区藏传佛教的活动中心，在中国及东南亚享有盛名，历代中央政府都十分推崇塔尔寺的宗教地位。

景点：垃圾山
早餐后，驱车前往垃圾山，藏语称“贡毛拉”，意为嘎拉鸡（石鸡）栖息的地方，山顶最高峰海拔4524米。垃圾山是西宁周边海拔最高的地方，是湟中与贵德的分界线，也是黄土高原和青藏高原的一个分界线。
我们将徒步前往一座经过红色岩层的高山，欣赏山谷美景。之后，驱车前往贵德，一个位于黄河边的藏族小镇。在那入住酒店休息。

坎布拉国家森林公园
景点：坎布拉国家森林公园，尼姑庵，藏族农民村庄
早餐后，我们将乘车前往坎布拉国家森林公园，公园是由丹霞地貌，森林植被、宗教文化、电站大坝、峡谷库区及藏族风情所构成，集自然景观和人文景观于一身。之后，去公园里的尼姑庵看看。在观景台和佛塔上进行短暂的一天徒步旅行，在那可以看到一个藏族农民小村庄。

徒步隆务寺
景点：隆务寺，唐卡画
享用早餐后，我们驱车前往座落在珠峰北边的隆务寺，感受藏族宗教文化。隆务寺是一座集建筑、雕塑、绘画艺术为一体的辉煌殿堂，热贡艺术发源于此。也是同仁历史文化名城的重要组成部分。
之后，我们将欣赏唐卡画作，并亲手制作唐卡画。唐卡是藏族文化中一种独具特色的绘画艺术形式。具有鲜明的民族特点、浓郁的宗教色彩和独特的艺术风格，用明亮的色彩描绘出神圣的佛的世界。
