报告摘要



In this talk, I will briefly summarize research and progresses at SIMIT-CAS on the synthesis of 2D materials, including the growth of inch-sized graphene single crystal on CuNi foil, our systematic research on the direct graphene growth on hexagonalboron nitride single crystal flakes (h-BN) and graphene growth on single crystal germanium substrate etc. Besides a general overview, I will mainly talk about two latest progresses. One progress is on the epitaxial growth of 6-inch single crystalline graphene on a Cu/Ni (111) film at temperature down to 7500C. The Cu/Ni film deposited on sapphire were annealed to form a single crystalline alloy CuNi (111) film, allowing for oriented growth of ultra-flat graphene film. The high catalytic power reduced the growth temperature down to 750C. The quality of the film was justified by FET device, with carrier mobility up to ~ 9700 cm2v-1s-1 at room temperature. Another progress is on the controllable synthesis of uniform multilayer h-BN films on sapphire substrate, using molten Fe-B as a catalyst and nitrogen as precursor. The molten Fe-B supplied boron source, and dissociated nitrogen at the same time, resulting in the high quality growth of h-BN on sapphire substrate with controllable thickness.


个人简介



谢晓明,中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所研究员,副所长,信息功能材料国家重点实验室主任,中科院超导电子学卓越中心主任,博士生导师。在中科院上海微系统所取得博士学位,曾赴法国巴黎工业物理化学高等工程师学院 (ESPCI) 做访问学者。于1990年7月加入中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所。长期从事超导和石墨烯量子材料、超导量子器件及其应用研究领域研究工作,取得多项创新性成果。主持中科院B类战略先导专项、中科院A类战略先导专项、国家重大科研装备研制项目、国家重大专项等多项重大科研项目。上海市首届自然科学牡丹奖获得者,第五届中国青年科技奖获得者,上海市领军人才。

会议简介






The 5th International Conference on 2D Materials and Technology was held in Suzhou, China, October 21-24, 2019. Prestigious scientists presented and stimulated discussions over some inherent topics of the ICON-2DMAT, including the Synthesis and Characterizations, Physics and Chemistry, Device applications, Theory and Modeling of 2D materials and heterostructures, etc. And, a special session related to the Vacuum Interconnected Nanotech Workstation (Nano-X) in Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics was be set up, which was dedicated to introduce a large scientific facility to 2D materials and technology. Specific forums and some other Symposia co-organized with preeminent academic publishers was be also established to foster academic and business networking.
