哈罗南宁有机肥料公司初创团队已就位！他们将在导师们的指导下，通过为期10周的学习和实践，充分了解堆肥背后的逻辑，探索及掌握有关的化学与生物知识，并且从市场调研、财务规划、创意营销、产品销售等各个方面亲手打理自己的公司，成为下一个“堆肥小专家”“商业小达人”！

谁说厨余垃圾只能被无情的扔进垃圾桶？在肥料公司，它们可是优质有机肥料的原料！从垃圾可循环利用出发，同学们将学会变废为宝，同时通过学习商业运营知识探索未来可持续的发展商业模式，这不仅仅是科学与自然的魔力，更是对人与自然和谐发展的探索之路。

初创团队唯有不断学习，才能将企业持久运营下去。学生在实践过程当中，将由资深校外行业导师领衔，由校内各个部门老师指导，还原最真实的工作化场景，为学生“职员”进行专业的上岗培训，为初创团队提升专业能力。
化学、生物、市场营销...你能想到的所有学科，在这里都能派上用场！学生们通过跨学科合作，不仅学会了如何将理论知识运用到实践中，说不定还能意外发现自己的隐藏技能。
导师介绍
张雪华博士
首席科学家，博士毕业于斯坦福大学环境与资源跨学科专业，主要从事生活垃圾分类及其资源化管理。曾担任斯坦福大学授课讲师和访问学者，以及联合国环境规划署、美国能源基金会、国际气候政策研究院、世界银行、美国自然保护协会、美国国家环保署等机构的环境与气候政策方面的高级顾问，兼任成都市河流研究会理事、全球环境专家协会理事和中国环境协会环境经济分会主任委员。
田文红
首都经济贸易大学经济法学专业。1988年加入新华通讯社工作；1998年加入和记黄埔担任对外事务及市场传播部总监：2001年至2020年在可口可乐中国任职，先后担任可口可乐大中华区及韩国区传讯总监和可持续发展总监; 2021年加入阿拉善SEE生态公益学院担任副院长。
张逸帆
张逸帆先生硕士毕业于台湾大学，曾任亚布力中国企业家论坛青年成长项目“青火”创始人兼CEO，该项目参与者涵盖全球1000余所大学，2000余专业。
张逸帆先生具有丰富的学术背景以及项目教学与实践经验，他兼任武汉大学校外实践导师、全国工商联烘焙业公会青年企业家委员会理事兼秘书长、北京彩虹天使听障咖啡屋首席品牌官；曾任上海复星公益基金会教育项目顾问。
张逸帆先生作为实践导师为学生撰写推荐信，成功申请芝加哥大学、爱丁堡大学、南洋理工大学等国际知名学校。

The start-up team of Harrow Nanning Organic Fertiliser is now in place! Under the guidance of their mentors, they will spend 10 weeks learning and practising, fully understanding the logic behind composting, exploring and mastering the relevant chemical and biological knowledge, as well as taking care of their own company from market research, financial planning, creative marketing, product sales, etc., to become the next "composting expert"! and "business expert"!

Exploring Sustainable Creative Business Models
Who says that food waste can only be mercilessly thrown into the rubbish bin? In fertiliser companies, they are the raw material for high quality organic fertilisers! Starting from the recycling of waste, students will learn to turn waste into treasure, and at the same time explore the future sustainable development of business models through learning business operation knowledge, which is not only the magic of science and nature, but also the exploration of the road to the harmonious development of man and nature.

Learn to apply and unlock new skills
Only through continuous learning can a start-up team sustain its business. In the process of practice, students will be led by senior off-campus industry tutors and guided by teachers from various departments on campus, restoring the most realistic working scenarios, providing professional on-the-job training for student "staff", and enhancing the professional capabilities of the start-up team.
Chemistry, Biology, Marketing... Every discipline you can think of comes in handy here! Through interdisciplinary co-operation, students not only learn how to put their theoretical knowledge into practice, they may even discover their hidden skills by accident.

Dr. Zhang Xuehua
Chief Scientist, graduated from Stanford University with a Ph.D. in interdisciplinary environment and resources, focusing on domestic waste classification and its resource management. He has served as a lecturer and visiting scholar at Stanford University, as well as a senior advisor on environmental and climate policy to the United Nations Environment Programme, the U.S. Energy Foundation, the International Research Institute for Climate Policy, the World Bank, the Nature Conservancy of the U.S., the U.S. National Environmental Protection Agency and other organisations.
Jasmine Tian
Majoring in Economics and Law at Capital University of Economics and Business, she joined Xinhua News Agency in 1988; joined Hutchison Whampoa in 1998 as Director of External Affairs and Marketing Communications; worked for Coca-Cola China from 2001 to 2020, successively serving as Director of Communications and Director of Sustainability for Coca-Cola Greater China and South Korea; and joined the Alashan SEE Eco-Community College in 2021 as Vice President. In 2021, he joined the Alashan SEE Eco Philanthropy Academy as Vice President.
Yik Zhang
Mr Zhang graduated from National Taiwan University with a master's degree, and was the founder and CEO of the Yabuli China Entrepreneurship Forum's youth development programme "Green Fire", which covers more than 1,000 universities and 2,000 majors around the world.
Mr Zhang Yifan has a rich academic background as well as teaching and practical experience. He is also the external practice tutor of Wuhan University, the director and secretary-general of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Bakery Association, and the chief branding officer of the Rainbow Angels Café for the Hearing Impaired in Beijing; and he has served as an advisor to the education programme of the Fosun Foundation in Shanghai.
Mr Zhang Yifan, as a practice tutor, wrote letters of recommendation for students who successfully applied to the University of Chicago, University of Edinburgh, Nanyang Technological University and other internationally renowned schools.
