国际学校野生大熊猫保护实践基地计划由Nature Navigators联合大熊猫国家公园、亚洲可持续发展教育联盟等多家权威机构发起，是亚洲第一个以野生大熊猫栖息地保护为基础的，面向国际学校发起的野生大熊猫保护项目。
The International School Wild Giant Panda Conservation Practice Base Program initiated by Nature Navigators in collaboration with the Giant Panda National Park, the Asian Sustainable Development Education Alliance, and other authoritative institutions, is Asia's first wild giant panda habitat conservation based conservation plan launched for international school.
大熊猫国家公园有10000m2土地用于国际学校申请大熊猫保护实践基地，现招募20所国际学校成为该计划创始成员单位，创始成员单位可在大熊猫国家公园内拥有一块面积为100m2的专属实践基地。
The Giant Panda National Park has allocated 10,000m2 land for the international school Wild Giant Panda Conservation Practice Base Program, recruit 20 international schools to become the founding members of the program, founding members can have an area of 100m2 exclusive practice base in the Giant Panda National Park.

Nature Navigators has developed a flagship species research program on giant panda conservation based on the curriculum system of international school and the characteristics of the practice base. The program aims to support international school students in conducting scientific research on the practice base. Simultaneously, it addresses the issues of limited practical space, topics, and mentor diversity within international schools, thereby enhancing the students' research capabilities and overall competence.

大熊猫国家公园实践基地
Giant Panda National Park Practice Base野生大熊猫保护实践基地位于荥经、大邑、都江堰、眉山、宝兴，区域内动植物资源丰富，大熊猫、绿尾虹雉、红腹锦鸡、川金丝猴、小熊猫、珙桐等动植物具有重要的保护与研究价值。各区域在保护大熊猫的同时，其它重点保护动物又有所区别，学生可在参与野生大熊猫保护研究之外，开展其它主题的议题研究。
The practice base for the wild giant panda conservation program is in the Yingjing, Dayi, Dujiangyan, and Baoxing. Each area is rich in flora and fauna resources, featuring important species for conservation and research, such as the giant panda, green-tailed pheasant, red-bellied tragopan, Sichuan golden snub-nosed monkey, red panda, and Dove tree. While each area focuses on the conservation of the giant panda, they also differ in other key protected species. Students can engage in research on other thematic issues in addition to participating in wild giant panda conservation studies.

The program tailors flagship species research program on giant panda conservation for students, based on the needs of the founding member units and aligned with the curriculum standards. Students will have an in-depth experience of front-line scientific research work and will conduct related studies under the guidance of academic mentors, producing scientific research papers.

Exclusive practice base annual report on wild giant panda conservation outcomes
学生经过学习和探索，Nature Navigators将针对学校学生生态科研实践情况开展项目评估与反馈，撰写实践基地大熊猫保护成果报告。专业机构对报告进行认证，是对学校自然教育、科技教育、生态保护、可持续教育的认证。
After the students have engaged in learning and exploration, Nature Navigators will conduct program assessments and feedback based on the ecological research practices of the school students, and compile reports on the conservation achievements of giant pandas at the practice base. Professional institutions will certify these reports, validating the school's efforts in natural education, technology education, ecological protection, and sustainable education.

Please read and understand the materials and instructions for joining the International School Wild Giant Panda Conservation Practice Base Application Program.申请学校需招募至少10位学生参与旗舰物种大熊猫保护研究项目。International schools must recruit at least 10 students to participate in the flagship species research program on giant panda conservation.
申请学校采用国际课程标准教学要求，提供涵盖小学到初中的教育服务。

The Giant Panda National Park was officially approved and established by the national government on October 12, 2021, with the primary goal of protecting giant pandas. It is a designated land area dedicated to the scientific conservation and rational use of natural resources. Establishing the Giant Panda National Park is an essential part of China's ecological civilization system construction. It plays a crucial role in advancing the scientific conservation and rational utilization of natural resources, fostering harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, and promoting the development of a better China.
