2023年6月29日下午，华俊力律师团队系列讲座之“企业反舞弊风险防控”在知恒律师事务所大会议室顺利举行，主讲人为华俊力律师、段旭鹏律师、黎观锋实习律师。
段旭鹏律师分享了对下列问题的研究：
1.企业舞弊的表现形式？
2.企业舞弊的法律后果？
3.企业舞弊的典型情形及案例解析？
4.企业舞弊的防治解析？
黎观锋实习律师从公司内部法务的角度分享了一个案例，并从该案例中提取了争议焦点，针对性地提出防范企业风险的建议。
本次讲座延续先前的风格，针对华俊力律师团队正在服务中的顾问单位进行定向邀约，结合相关法律案例，开展专业交流。
活动持续三个多小时，活动全程通过微信视频号直播并分享给未能到场的顾问单位代表。在场听众表示收获颇丰，将研究梳理其单位的风险点，也有听众因其企业内部风险管理问题单独向段律师提问交流。
