2023年7月6日，华俊力涉外律师团队部分成员前往深圳市南山区粤海国际化企业服务交流中心（YHES）进行交流研讨。
粤海国际化企业服务交流中心（YHES）于2022年成立，位于深圳湾1号，由深圳市南山区粤海街道办事处和深圳市南山区南风社会工作服务社共同打造。交流中心配备外语水平较高的涉外社工队伍，旨在为国际化企业、组织机构和社区提供一个交流互动平台，提供一站式涉外咨询服务，包括国际化企业及人才服务、法律政策服务、创新创业服务、交流活动和国际志愿服务等。
过程中，华律师解答了中心负责人关于引进涉外人才的一些法律问题，并就此给予了一些专业建议，此次交流活动十分顺利。
