Will you still have the courage to embrace it?

What you've seen and heard.

Often dispirits you.

The mundane world is so solid.

That even the thought of making a difference seems impossible.

But, if you were given the chance to know your life lying ahead.

Knowing that youth is just these days but nothing more than that.

Will you still

Care about the things that this mundane world expects you to?

Like one's glory depends on how much he or she possess.

Like one must own something in order to be loved.

When you grow up,

You will feel the joy of the green sprout.

You always forget how precious you are.

May you remember your preciousness[ˈpreʃəsnəs]to resist malice during hard time.

Love what your love, do what you do and listen to your heart.

May you be young forever.

Have you ever been around someone who immediately put you at ease? Perhaps you may be one of those people who others feel safe around.

What is the common thread in people who emanate warmth? Some may think it is related to personality or physical appearance. But this does little to explain why bright beacons of light can be found anywhere. Essence has nothing to do with our exterior.

I like to believe the common thread is a universal trait we are all able to tap into. When we see the truth of who we are and wholeheartedly love every part of that truth, we automatically shine. When we embrace our essence and live in congruence with who we are, we radiate peace.

Every day we can choose to wake up and see the gift of getting to be who we are. When we decide to live from this way of 'being,' it becomes easy to see this same light and gift in everyone — even those who may not yet see it in themselves.

The benefits of self-love are many. What I know to be true without a doubt in my heart, is that we are all capable of giving this gift to ourselves.

These words help me remember why embracing my essence is always the best thing to do. Perhaps this may resonate with where you are.

Life Is A Gift

Today before you think of saying an unkind word,

Think of someone who can't speak.

Before you complain about the taste of your food,

Think of someone who has nothing to eat.

Before you complain about your husband or wife,

Think of someone who's crying out to God for a companion.

Today before you complain about life,

Think of someone who went too early to heaven.

Before you complain about your children,

Think of someone who desires children but they're barren.

Before you argue about your dirty house someone didn't clean or sweep,

Think of the people who are living in the streets.

Before whining about the distance you drive,

Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.

And when you are tired and complain about your job,

Think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job.

But before you think of pointing your finger or condemning another,

Remember that not one of us is without sin and we all answer to one maker.

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down,

Put a smile on your face and thank God you're alive and still around.

Life is a gift,

Enjoy it,

Celebrate it,

And fulfill it...

And while you want to give love to someone today,

Love someone with what you do and the words you say,

Love is not meant to be kept locked inside of us and hidden,

So give it away" Give love to someone today!"

You Are the April of This World

I think you are the April of this world,
Sure, you are the April of this world.
Your laughter has lit up all the wind,
So gently mingling with the spring.

You are the clouds in early spring,
The dusk wind blows up and down.
And the stars blink now and then,
Fine rain drops down amid the flowers.

So gentle and graceful,
You are crowned with garlands.
So sublime and innocent,
You are a full moon over each evening.

The snow melts, with that light yellow,
You look like the first budding green.
You are the soft joy of white lotus
Rising up in your fancy dreamland.

雪化后那片鹅黄,你像;
新鲜初放芽的绿,你是;

You’re the blooming flowers over the trees,
You’re a swallow twittering between the beams;
Full of love, full of warm hope,
You are the spring of this world!

Four seasons

to fill up a year's time,

A person's heart

also contains four seasons.

In the spring of his youthful,

in an instant,

Clear handsome

reward absorbed all of beauty.

In summer,

he loved the young mind

in the spring mining

nectar savour repeatedly,

To appreciate

the sweet fragrance of honey,

in this meditation and fly high.

His heart fall like wings,

then he tucked

contentedly wings,

Lazy at fog color;

Feast for the eyes of all things

Like creek drips

through the door,

not in his heart.

He also has a recognition

of the pale winter,

Unless he went

before the nature of death.

Find the Beauty Around You

A very special teacher in a high school had a husband who died suddenly of a heart attack. About a week after his death, she shared some of her thoughts with a class of students. As the late afternoon sunlight shined through the classroom windows, and when the class was nearly over, she moved a few things aside on her desk and sat down there.

With a gentle look on her face, she paused and said, “Before class is over, I would like to share with all of you a thought which I feel is very important. Each of us is put here on earth to learn, share, love, appreciate and give of ourselves... and none of us knows when this fantastic experience will end. It can be taken away at any moment. Perhaps this is a sign that we must make the most use of every single day.”

Her eyes beginning to water, she went on, “So I would like you all to make me a promise: from now on, on your way to school, or on your way home, find something beautiful to notice. It doesn’t have to be something you see — it could be a scent — perhaps of freshly baked bread wafting out of someone’s house, or it could be the sound of the breeze slightly rustling;the leaves in the trees, or the way the morning light catches one autumn leaf as it falls gently to the ground. Please, look for these things, and remember them.”

“For,although it may sound silly to some people, these things are the‘stuff’ of life. The little things we are put here on earth to enjoy. The things we often take for granted. We must make it important to notice them, for at any time... it can all be taken away.”

The class was completely quiet. We all picked up our books and filed out of the room silently. That afternoon, I noticed more things on my way home from school than I had that whole semester. Every once in a while, I think of that teacher and remember what an impression she made on all of us, and I try to appreciate all of those things that sometimes we all overlook.

Take notice of something special you see on your lunch hour today. Go barefoot. Or walk on the beach at sunset. Stop off on the way home tonight to get a double dip ice cream cone. For as we get older, it is not the things we did that we often regret, but the things we didn't do.
